my wheel alignment (steering) won't survive 10 days then it's screwed, parking is 4 levels down passing over

those sucker steel speed bumps, virtually all the suspension components are new with polyurethane bushes.

Is this normal? shall I live with it?

Some more info on what you drive would help. Also which shop is doing the alignment? Maybe installer error?
Also have you checked your tie rod ends and other toe arms for any damage?

it's the tie rods that get out of specs, a new update is that the steering rack is screwed as there's a lot of free play  :crying-green:

short knuckles + PU bushes + shite speed bumps = perfect recipe to destroy any steering rack, after all it's a 16 year old

You need to move asap away from car destroying steel speed hump building.
Maybe you can get a rebuilt steering rack for cheap or maybe even try rockauto.com
